Housing Information for Beale AFB
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

• As soon as you find out you'll be moving, contact the Housing Management Office (530) 634-2792. They can answer all of your housing questions or concerns and provide services such as: counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement, housing referral, and resolving tenant-landlord disputes.

Beale AFB On Base Housing

• For single airmen within the ranks of E1-E4 who have less than 3 years of service, contact the Unaccompanied Housing Office (530) 634-2266.

• Beale AFB on-base housing is privatized. To check availability for housing that meet your rank and family size requirements, contact Balfour Beatty Communities (530) 788-9500. Their homes offer no application fees, no security deposits, baseline utilities included in your rent and 24-hour maintenance. Beale on-base housing has 5 communities: Beale East, Beale West, Brookview, Lakeview and Mountain View.
